OSHA Proposes to Delay Compliance Date for Electronically Submitting Injury, Illness Reports

OSHA is proposing to delay the 2017 compliance date for electronic submissions of injury and illness logs from July 1 to December 1. The five-month delay will allow the agency to further review the final rule to Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses.
