A 4 or 4.5 star rating. 

The device is very easy to use, It just requires one to push in the plunger all the way. 

It does require education on how to hold it properly so that it is not painful for the individual

The only problem is when individuals are not properly trained and they do not hold the syringe properly and use the patient as the force to engage the safety against.  It hurts the individual. 

This is my needle syringe combination top choice.
