TrackMy is a lightweight Employee Health EHR for our organization (Tanner Health). From a feature and functionality perspective the platform offers a full suite of employee health features including vaccine tracking, automated medical clearance/fit testing, test tracking, forms, consents, waivers, declinations, vaccine administration, clinical documentation and much more. Our organization began working with TRACKMY about a year ago and have been live since May/June. This was our first flu season using them and it went FANTASTIC!

We have over 5,000 employees/volunteers/medical staff—spread over 4 hospitals/2 states and over 100 Medical Group practices, and 2 Employee Health FTEs. Having TRACKMY to streamline our flu vaccine process has been AMAZING!

There has been great feedback from our employees on how user-friendly the system is for documenting flu vaccines given in the system as well as ease of use for those uploading documentation given outside our system.

We have saved countless hours of scanning and entering flu vaccines into our state registry as well (this process is done automatically when a vaccine is given via TRACKMY.)

For our new hires, they are able to import their records from over 46 different states with a few clicks, thus saving us from having to administer vaccines or draw titers that were already completed elsewhere.

The TRACKMY team has been AWESOME to work with, every request we have made they have been able to bring to fruition and continue to exceed our expectations.
