We currently have a full-time opportunity available for a Manager to join our Employee Health team.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will manage the employee injury and illness activities and pre-employment/volunteer and student screening. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinates the pre-assessment screening for all prospective hospital employees, volunteers and students.
- Triage employee injuries and illnesses and makes referrals as appropriate, including COVID screening and tracking.
- Coordinates the Hospital Return-to-Work program.
- Coordinates the Annual TB surveillance for employees and volunteers.
- Coordinates the annual Flu Clinic and Tdap immunizations for employees.
Requires current California Registered Nurse License, and program management experience. Must have knowledge of and comply with CDC Guidelines for Infection Control, The Joint Commission accreditation, California Department of Public Health (CDPH) standards. Workers Compensation and Cal OSHA regulations. The ability to plan, organize and direct a variety of hospital wide activities; gather, collate and analyze data; effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms; creatively problem solve; and educate a broad range of professional and non-professional personnel is essential. BSN and solid computer skills required.
