Overview:

In this webinar, we'll explore the evolution of SHEA recommendations for healthcare personnel with HIV, HBV, and HCV from 2010 to the current 2020 guidelines. I'll share insights on how these recommendations were effectively implemented within my organization and discuss the latest updates. Our aim is to inspire attendees to envision the application of these guidelines within their own organizational contexts and strategize steps towards establishing robust programs ensuring the safety of both healthcare personnel and patients.

Objectives:

1. Review historical and current recommendations for healthcare personnel living with HBV, HCV and HIV.

2. Determine who should be in a monitoring program.

3. Discuss concerns related to management of the program.
