CALL FOR POSTERS
AOHP 2023 NATIONAL CONFERENCE
September 6-8, 2023
Deadline to submit – April 30, 2023
At the AOHP 2023 National Conference, occupational health professionals have the opportunity to share their experiences, ideas, and research with others. In addition to platform presentations, workshops, networking, and exhibits, conference attendees may view posters prepared by their peers.
Posters are an excellent and low-stress way to present your research and innovations. They provide the chance to publish a short article and discuss it with peers. Your poster could cover a technical topic, problem, question, research, case study, or success story. Your poster will be displayed throughout the conference, so your main ideas should be clear without explanation.
Posters will be displayed in the registration area and exhibit hall, allowing all attendees to read and discuss them with colleagues. Poster authors are responsible for setting up and taking down their posters, and all posters will be judged and eligible for recognition.
The deadline for abstract submissions is April 30. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed for relevance to force health protection and the author's area of expertise. Authors will be notified of the status of their submission by June 30, 2023, and information on accepted posters will be included in the conference brochure.
Download Submission Form Here.
To be considered for the review process, submissions must include the poster title, author information, an abstract of no more than 200 words, and permission to publish the poster information on the marketing material and website. The lead presenter listed on the submission will receive a $100 discount on the main conference registration fee.
AOHP will provide display boards, and poster setup will take place from noon to 5:30 pm on September 6, 2023. The poster board surface area is 4 ft h x 8 ft w, and the surface is cork. Authors should bring their own push pins or Velcro to adhere their poster to the board.
For any submission-related questions, please contact Annie Wiest at AOHP Headquarters by phone at 724-935-1531 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
